Yes. We export directly from our factory in Rajkot, India to importers in the USA, UK, Europe, Canada, and Australia. All shipments include full export documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, HS code declaration, and certificate of origin.

We manufacture Regular Slotted Cartons (RSC), die-cut boxes, telescoping boxes, double-wall corrugated, and triple-wall corrugated boxes. We also produce custom-printed boxes in full-colour CMYK or single-colour for branding and retail shelf use.

Yes. Our manufacturing facility holds ISO 9001:2015 certification. We use BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) compliant raw materials and can supply quality certificates and test reports with every shipment.

Standard production lead time is 15-20 working days after artwork and specification approval. Sea freight transit to the USA takes approximately 25-30 days and to the UK approximately 22-28 days. Express production is available for time-sensitive orders.

We produce corrugated boxes in B-flute, C-flute, E-flute, and BC double-wall configurations. Board grades range from 3-ply to 7-ply, with burst factor ratings from 14 BF to 30 BF to suit your load and stacking requirements.

Yes. Every order at Whizzpack is manufactured to your exact L x W x H specification. There are no standard-size restrictions. Custom dies are produced in-house, allowing us to accommodate unusual dimensions, tray styles, and slotted variants without passing tooling cost surcharges to buyers at MOQ volumes.

We offer flexographic printing (1-4 colours, most common for high-volume export boxes), digital printing (short-run, full-colour photographic quality), and pre-printed liner lamination (highest quality, suitable for premium retail). All inks are solvent-free. We can print directly on the corrugated surface or on pre-printed kraft liner bonded to the board during manufacture.

Yes. Our standard corrugated boxes are manufactured from recycled kraft paper and are 100% recyclable and biodegradable. We also offer boxes made from 100% post-consumer recycled (PCR) liner board, FSC-certified virgin kraft, and water-based ink printing with no solvent coating. These are suitable for buyers with ESG commitments or retailers requiring sustainable supply chain documentation.

We produce corrugated boxes with BCT ratings from 200 kgf (standard 3-ply B-flute for retail) to 1,200 kgf and above (7-ply double-wall for heavy industrial export). BCT is specified at the time of order and test certificates are issued per TAPPI T 804 or FEFCO methodology. If you need a specific BCT for stacking or shipping certification, share your load requirements and we will recommend the appropriate board grade and flute configuration.

RSC (Regular Slotted Carton) is the most common export box style - all four flaps are equal and meet at the centre when closed. HSC (Half Slotted Carton) has a lid but no bottom flaps, used where product is loaded from the bottom. Die-cut boxes are custom shaped using a steel-rule die, allowing for inserts, internal partitions, display windows, and irregular shapes. RSC is lowest cost; die-cut has the highest tooling cost but greatest design flexibility.

Yes. Sample boxes in your specified dimensions, board grade, and with basic print can be produced and air-shipped to you before production begins. Sample lead time is typically 5-7 working days. Sample shipping costs are charged at cost. Production begins only after written sample approval from your team.

Our corrugated boards are manufactured to meet the mechanical performance requirements used in ISTA 1A, 2A, and 3A test protocols (vibration, drop, compression). While we do not operate an in-house ISTA certified lab, we work with accredited third-party labs in India for pre-shipment ISTA and ASTM D4169 performance testing. Test reports can be arranged on request and are commonly required by large retailers in the USA such as Amazon, Walmart, and Target.
