Information submitted through our enquiry form is used solely to respond to your request for a product quote, sample, or general information about our corrugated boxes and cotton seed bags. If you contact us via WhatsApp or email directly, we use those messages only to respond to your enquiry.
Data Retention
Enquiry and contact data is retained for up to 24 months to support ongoing business relationships and for legitimate business record-keeping. After this period, data is securely deleted. Web server logs are retained for up to 90 days.
